The service
AdGenius provides AI-assisted tools to manage advertising on Meta platforms through the official Meta APIs. Features depend on your plan and on the permissions you grant.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your ads, their compliance with Meta's Advertising Standards and applicable law, and for approving every campaign activation and budget.
AI output
AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Review them before acting. AdGenius does not guarantee advertising results.
Advertising charges
Advertising costs are billed by Meta to your ad account under Meta's terms. AdGenius charges only the subscription and optional credit packs you purchase; we take no percentage of ad spend.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices for new purchases may change; existing subscriptions keep their terms until renewal notice.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory advertising, no attempts to bypass platform restrictions, and no misuse of other people's accounts.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AdGenius is not liable for indirect damages or advertising outcomes.
